About

My role as an experience designer spans a decade of practice in digital product design and research across a range of industries including bio technology, education technology, and information technology for millions of users around the world.

I view digital product design as intentionally curated interactions that that help solve challenges, both for people and businesses. In a business environment design must support objectives and metrics that lead to sustainable and healthy growth for the business while balancing the wants and needs for customers.

I approach experience design from three different levels: relationships, joruneys, and touchpoints. Relationships define the overall experience that people have with a company. Journeys define the experience of a series of steps people need to take to accomplish their goals. Touchpoints define the experience of specific interactions.

Over the years my skillset has grown to accomodate addresing challenges at these different altitudes as I believe versatility is key to succesfull experience design across various challenges, personas, businesses, and industries.
