Carbonadi Vodka is an ultra-premium offering that is filtered through 2,000 carats of black diamonds, also known as carbonados, to extract impurities a conventional filter cannot.
I worked closely with marketing representatives from Diageo, one of the largest multi-national beverage companies in the world representing brands such as Guinness and Jonnie Walker, to bring a brand to life that would capture its Italian origins and premium positioning.
The branding utilizes hand-drawn typographic elements, gold and silver foiling, and a mixture of classic serif and modern san serif fonts to strike a balance between a design that can stand the test of time while also feeling contemporary and luxurious.
